Covid-19 Arriving Passenger Information
In accordance with CIVIL CONTINGENCIES EMERGENCY (CORONAVIRUS) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS ON ENTRY IN GIBRALTAR AND TESTING) REGULATIONS 2020 you are required in law within 24hrs of arrival in Gibraltar to:
(a) undergo a Coronavirus test provided by a registered nurse, medical practitioner or person authorised in writing by the Director of Public Health: or
(b) Provide a registered nurse, medical practitioner or person authorised in writing by the Director of Public Health with a negative Coronavirus PCR test result.
If you are a Gibraltar Scholarship holder, sea farer or coming from a 'relevant area' a separate process applies. Please inform the BCA officer if not done so already.
Passengers in Possession of a negative PCR test
If in possession of a negative PCR test you are required to provide proof to the MMS swabbing station within 24 hrs situated at the airport courtyard (see map in image).
Passengers without a PCR Test
If not in posession of a PCR test you are required to have a rapid test done within the next 24hrs.
The rapid test can be carried out onsite once you leave luggage reclaim area at the airport courtyard (see map in image) or within 24hrs.

It is advisable to register soonest.
A person who contravenes this regulation is liable on summary conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (up to £10,000).
